Once your message is received, you’ll be sent a simple nutrition consultation form that helps paint a picture of foods you like, foods you DON’T like, your level of daily activity (are you sedentary, working a desk job? or are you go-go-go 24/7?), and your average daily schedule. After you’ve filled out the form to the best of your ability, a time to meet can be scheduled.
